1. JUST FINE, MARY J. BLIGE - Wonderfully upbeat positive tune by the Queen! 
2. I REMEMBER, KEYSHIA COLE - One of two gorgeous ballads from Ms. Cole in the '08!
3. YOU'RE THE ONLY ONE, ERIC BENET - Very romantic ballad, sounds like he's still referring to his ex, Halle Berry!
4. WOMAN, RAHEEM DEVAUGHN - A respectful tribute to women.
5. SENSUAL SEDUCTION, SNOOP DOGG - Biggest surprise R&B hit of the year, Snoop sings and pulls it off, with this enjoyably raunchy single!
6. HEAVEN SENT, KEYSHIA COLE - Ms. Cole was on a ballad roll this past year!
7. SPOTLIGHT, JENNIFER HUDSON - A solid summer smash single and nice kickoff to her self-titled debut released in the fall, J. Hud also gave a good performance in a small role in last summer's comedy blockbuster, Sex and The City big screen film treatment.  Unfortunately, tragedy almost destroyed her upward career trajectory when her mother, brother and nephew were murdered late in the year allegedly by her sister's ex husband.  But, Jennifer will be back next month for a pre-Grammys event and she is sure to collect at least one award (out of four nominations) for her divalicious debut CD.
8. NEVER, JAHEIM - Strong vocal performance highlights this winning slow jam.
9. TAKE YOU DOWN, CHRIS BROWN - Chris gives a Marvin Gayeish take on this sultry single.
10. TEENAGE LOVE AFFAIR, ALICIA KEYS - Fun, bouncy track from the diva!
