According to the National Enquirer, Gino is now hooked up with Bristol Palin! And supposedly, "teen abstinence diva" Bristol wants to have another baby with her new beau, Gino who is a 20 year old Alaskan pipeline worker and fellow Wasilla, Alaska native.
