BLUE MONDAY 2011

Today, Monday January 17th is the third Monday of January and that makes it Blue Monday.  Blue Monday is the culmination of the peak of a seemingly endless winter (especially in the North) with its cold and short days, post-holiday activities crash and the bills that collect from those celebratory events.  Some sources state that Blue Monday is on the fourth Monday in January which would be on January 24th this year.  Whatever, it is still the most depressing time of the year for quite a few people no matter which Monday in January it is, "celebrated".   

FOOD AS NATURAL SPERM ENHANCER

Specific foods which contain particular nutrients may increase sperm/semen production that should lead to a more satisfying sexual experience:

Foods containing Vitamin B-12, C or E, Zinc: citrus fruits (oranges, grapefruit, lemon), broccoli, meat, oysters, eggs, nuts and seeds.

Selenium: Tuna, meat, eggs and cheese.

Folic Acid: Greens, beans and citrus fruits.

Basically, a well-balanced diet and healthy lifestyle should keep your semen/sperm production high!
