NIR ROSEN RESIGNS AFTER INSENSITIVE LARA LOGAN COMMENTS

Journalist Nir Rosen quickly resigned from his NYU post as a fellow after he made insensitive remarks on his Twitter account about reporter, Lara Logan who was viciously sexually assaulted while covering the political unrest in Egypt.  His tweets referenced her eventual martyrdom and wouldn't it have been funny if CNN's Anderson Cooper was sexually assaulted too.  (Cooper was pummeled on the head while reporting in Egypt)  Rosen also tweeted that Logan was trying to upstage Cooper.  Even though he apologized profusingly, he is still a jerk!
